Yesterday’s filming was AMAZING. I will never ever forget this date, 1st September 2011.

I sat in the front row (CENTRE!!) and my favourite boys were less than 4 metres away from me. It was so close I could see every expression, every little movement on their faces.

Most importantly, I’m absolutely sure that I made constant eye contact with all members except Tsuyopon. Yes, I looked at them and they looked at me. Not just once but multiple times! Unlike most variety shows elsewhere which has a bright stage and a dimly lit audience area, this one was different. The lighting was the same through the entire studio. So that means, whatever I could see of them was how close they could see of me. And I mean, real close.

You can imagine how my heart was about to leap out of my throat.

I even “communicated” with Nakai cos I caught him falling asleep and I gestured to him that I noticed it. He reacted promptly with a grin (something like this—>  (¬∀¬) ) and it was funny.

Everytime my eyes met Goro’s, he would look shyly away. Very cute. Same goes for Shingo.

My favourite guy wasn’t as friendly as I expected, but I waved to him and he looked back and acknowledged it. That really made my day. Haha. And that adds to the many little moments when our eyes met during filming, of course.

There was no chance to talk to them nor interact with them, cos they’re strictly at work afterall. But this whole eye-communication was enough for me.

All in all, I witnessed them cracking lots of jokes with erotic references and other funny things that are definitely never ever going on-air. I had too much fun, and the 2.5hours with SMAP will stay in my memory forever.

In fact, this day alone has made my entire stay here in Japan worthwhile. And it’s only just the beginning.

More details after the broadcast.
